Hiren's Boot CD 10.1

So I get a laptop to fix but they don't remember the password to get in the laptop. This thing worked great Hiren's Boot CD 10.1 less then 5 minutes latter and I was in. There is a but load of other tools to. http://www.hirensbootcd.net/

I went there. Firefox doesn't show all of the page. I tried IE and saw the whole page.
The download link (Javascript) downloads a "zip" file of about 1k, when you "open' the zip file (It's not a zip), I takes me back the the same download page.
Has this page been changed? Is there a trick I am missing?

I still don't understand. If you go to the 'download' link, it downloads a 'zip' that is actually a link/goto (.asp?) of about 500k. The link just causes another page hit.
I tried this in IE and Firefox. Same thing. The circled link is what I'm clicking... Perhaps I need to release some security? The link seems to run some JavaScript; but I have JavaScript enabled...
I did send a message to the 'contact' (webmaster@...), but have not received any sort of answer.

This is what I see below.

Any suggestions?

There are some legal issues with this CD ! No software distribution rights !!

I got the download with no problems.

Pay attention: you must not use a download manager!
In this case you will obtain only a html page...
Choose only "save" in the dialog and you will DL the file without problems.

Like the editor said, that Boot CD contains copies of "commercial" applications which have not been allowed (had permissions granted) by the different creators making it an "illegal" venture!

It would be wonderful if a "legal" version of this tool was in existence but I will not hold my breath for that anytime soon.
